    Standard configurations ship 8–12 weeks from order confirmation. Highly customised cabins, oversize cars or non-standard control packages can extend lead time to 14–16 weeks. Our sales team confirms exact timing once specifications are locked.

  • Which international standards does this model meet?

    CHRYCE lifts are certified to the EU Lifts Directive 2014/33/EU: EU type-examination by notified body MIRTEC (0437), certificate LF/A-C-19551/20, examined against EN 81-20:2020 and EN 81-50:2020. The factory holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 system certifications, and additional national approvals are available on request.

  • Can the cabin finishes and dimensions be customised?

    Yes. Cabin walls, ceilings, flooring, handrails and lighting are all configurable from the listed model series, and fully bespoke designs are available on request. Shaft and car dimensions can be adapted within the specified load range — share your hoistway drawings and we will confirm the available envelope.

  • What is included in the warranty and after-sales programme?

    Each unit ships with a 12-month standard warranty covering parts and on-site service against manufacturing defects. Annual maintenance contracts are available globally — quarterly preventive service, 24/7 emergency response and remote IoT monitoring options are included on request.

  • Do you support installation and commissioning overseas?

    Yes. Chryce operates an authorised service network across 40+ countries and supports turnkey installation, commissioning and training. For projects without a local Chryce partner, we dispatch engineers from our headquarters and pair them with local certified contractors.
