    Standard CH-F configurations ship 8–12 weeks from order confirmation. Non-standard rises, outdoor variants or custom balustrade and cladding packages can extend lead time to 14–16 weeks. Our sales team confirms exact timing once specifications are locked.

  • Which international standards does this escalator meet?

    The CH-F escalator series holds an EU Certificate of Conformity from EUROCERT (No. 10.16.3872) under Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, examined against EN 115-1:2017 and EN 60204-1:2018. Additional national approvals are available on request.

  • Can the step, balustrade and cladding finishes be customised?

    Yes. Steps, skirting, balustrade panels, handrail and decking are all configurable, and the outdoor variant adds a water-level detection sensor in the lower machine room. Send the rise, angle and span and we will confirm the workable configuration.

  • What is included in the warranty and after-sales programme?

    Each unit ships with a 12-month standard warranty covering parts and on-site service against manufacturing defects. Annual maintenance contracts are available globally — quarterly preventive service, 24/7 emergency response and remote IoT monitoring options are included on request.
